Intellectual Propertly

  1. Ownership of Content


    All content on the Payslashes platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Olutech ICT Resources (the parent company of Payslashes) or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial.

  2. Prohibited Use of Intellectual Property


    Customers may not:
    ○ Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Payslashes.
    ○ Modify, adapt, or reverse-engineer any software or functionality of the platform.
    ○ Use any trademarks, logos, or proprietary content belonging to Payslashes without prior authorization.

  3. User-Generated Content


    Customers may post reviews, comments, or other content as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others, violate any laws, or contain offensive or defamatory material. By submitting user-generated content, customers grant Payslashes a perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute the content in connection with the platform’s operations.

  4. Third-Party Intellectual Property


    Any intellectual property belonging to third-party sellers or partners displayed on the platform remains their exclusive property. Payslashes does not assume responsibility for infringements of intellectual property rights by third parties.

Termination

  1. Right to Terminate


    Payslashes reserves the right to terminate or suspend a customer’s account at any time, without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
    ○ Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies of Payslashes.
    ○ Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities on the platform.
    ○ Providing false or misleading information during registration or use of the platform.

  2. Effects of Termination


    Upon termination, customers will:
    ○ Lose access to their Payslashes account and any associated data.
    ○ Forfeit any promotional credits or offers tied to their account.

  3. Customer-Initiated Termination


    Customers may deactivate their account by submitting a written request to the Payslashes support team.
    ○ Any pending transactions or disputes must be resolved before the account is officially deactivated.

  4. Liability Post-Termination


    Payslashes is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the termination of a customer’s account, except as required by applicable law.
    ○ Customers will still be held accountable for any obligations or payments incurred before the termination of their account.

  5. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity


    Payslashes reserves the right to take legal action against any customer found engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities, including but not limited to submitting false claims, using stolen payment methods, or attempting to disrupt the platform's services.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
